Meet Gayle Batey and her children Grace and Harry who have discovered the benefits of getting out and about as often as possible. For Gayle living rurally means it's not always possible to walk to the shops, but by making a conscious effort to travel less and walk more where they can, the family are reaping the rewards of a life more connected with the outdoors.
